Happy Birthday shadow boxed card | Inspiration

Hello crafty friends! Cecilia here sharing this beautiful shadow boxed card designed for Fantasy dies. The main idea from this unusual card came from the die FD-917 that inspired me to create a kind of door with it, so I cuted out 4 times using thick white cardstock and to more in the same cardstock but leaving enough space around to create the doors and hinges the the paper left from cuting. I double layer the die for the front doors and for the back is a single layer to add stability to the doors. The gorgeous flowers and chipies helped me to embellish this card. Find all the products used listed below. The beautiful papers are from Once Upon a Springtime by Graphic 45. The gorgeous Lindy's sprays helped me to add color to my paper flowers. I hope you like it as much as I do and feel inspired to create one for yourself, xoxo Cecilia

Graphic 45 | Blossom Z fold card with dimensional frame | Scrapbooking

Hello crafty friends, Valentine’s day is always a good excuse to make some cards for our love ones, so I made this beautiful Z fold card but also added an extra flap to attach a dimensional frame, and I assure you this will be a gift forever with the picture on it!

For this project I used the beautiful BLOSSOM paper collection, here´s the list:

12” x 12” with stickers (indeed I used stickers of this pack only).

8” x 8” paper pad

Patterns and solids

Chipboards

Die cut assortments

Ephemera and journaling cards

Matte pearl gems (back in stock Spring 2021)

Ornate metal keys (back in stock Spring 2021)

Some leftover black chipboard.

Extra material:

Black cardstock

Aleene’s quick dry tacky glue

Glossy accents

Leftover acetate

Fine Tec pearlescent colours inks

Distress inks, brown and black.

I prepared this appendix to show you how to cut the dimensional frame:

Tip: When adding liquid glue, use your little finger to spread it, in that way the rest of your fingers will be clean, as well as your project. Don’t forget to get before you start a project, a baby wipe, it is really handy.

Tip: Because the shape of this card, and the intention of making a garden in the pop up element, I suggest you to use a pot below the opening flat, it’s easier to hold it and add the flowers.

Ocean blue | Graphic 45 | Scrapbook | Ideas

Hello friends! In this post I want to show you how many gorgeous projects you can create with one collection, OCEAN BLUE by GRAPHIC 45. You already watch them in previous posts, but my daughter made me some pics with these 3 creations to show you all the possibilities and I still have material for more! First I made the glass-bottom boat album, a different scrapbook project, I love so much this one! You can find the video tutorial HERE. Step by step I show and explain to you all the processes. Then I altered the gorgeous lighthouse and the little house to hide the batteries because I transform the lighthouse into a lamp. The last project is a pop-up and sliding card which I love because it has so much movement as the ocean is :)

Hola amigos!
