Cash gift envelope 2 | Scrapbook | Tutorial

Hello crafty friends! I'm back with a scrapbook easy project, a new cash gift envelope. In the last post I showed you one in light colors, so girly, and now, this one, is in darker colors but full of beautiful details also, the reason for this is because I was requested for a grandparents to make them, their grandaughter turned 15 last weekend and the wanted to give her money, so I thought it should be great to make one more feminine, for grandmother, and another more masculine for grandfather. I hope you like it! 

Hola amigos creativos! Estoy de regreso con otro proyecto fácil de scrapbook, un nuevo sobre para regalar dinero. En el post anterior les mostré uno en colores claros, muy femenino, y ahora éste es en colores más oscuros, pero lleno de hermosos detalles también; la razón de haberlos hecho así, es porque me pidieron hacer dos sobres porque unos abuelitos querían regalar a su nieta dinero en sus XV años, entonces pensé que sería muy bonito hacer uno más femenino para la abuelita y otro más masculino para el abuelito. Espero que les guste!!

Here are the base measurements: 7 3/4" by 8.5" Score  in the short side at: 2 1/4" and 5 3/4" and in the long side at: 1/2" and 7".

Aquí les dejo las medidas de la base para hacer el sobre: 7 3/4" por 8.5" Marca en el lado corto a 2 1/4" y a 5 3/4" y en el lado largo a: 1/2" y 7"

Hello dear crafty friends! I made two envelopes by request for cash gift, so this is the first I made with scraps, I used Graphic 45 papers sent to me by my dear friend Manuela from Bunny Bow channel, also embellishments I had and really love the result. The base is exactly the same I made last december for my kids presents. Hope you like it! Please leave me a comment if you have questions or just to chat :))

Hice dos sobres para regalos en efectivos que me solicitaron, así que aquí les comparto el primero que hice con muchos restos que tenía, usé papeles de Graphic 45 que me envió mi querida amiga Manuela del canal de you tube Bunny Bow, también adornos que tenía de proyectos anteriores y me gustó mucho el resultado. La base es exactamente la misma de los sobres que hice en Navidad para los regalos de mis hijos. Espero que les guste! Hello crafty friends!! Guess what? My kids are no longer with me, so as I miss them so much, and found an old empty can which was a hands cream container, and also a left over old tube in the tool's box, I decided to altered and put inside my kids pics. Last december we went to watch Star Wars, and that picture is for that day. You can find the process video at the end of this post, and also all the Lindy's used, and some other products. I'm participating in Lindy's january challenge with this project, look how pretty the colors requested are!

Mis hijos no están ahora conmigo, y como los extraño tanto, y encontré por ahí un lata vacía que solía contener crema de manos, y unos tubos tan viejos en la caja de herramientas, así que decidí alterarlos para poner dentro una foto pequeña de ambos. El pasado diciembre fuimos a ver Star Wars, y esa foto es de ese día tan divertido. Podrán encontrar el video con el proceso de la alteración al final de éste post, así como los productos de Lindy's que usé, y algunos otros. I found this gorgeous pic in internet, and really impressed me, because sometimes we forgot the animals really feels! You can watch the love between mama bear and her babies here, that´s amaizing!

Encontré esta foto increíble en internet y realmente me impresionó, porque a veces olvidamos que los animales también sienten! Aquí puede verse el amor entre mamá osa y sus bebés, eso es increíble!!

Altered cigar boxes | Mixmedia | MTW DT | January challenge

Hello my dear crafty friends, this is my first project as DT member of More than words blog, I'm so excited and happy to share with you an altered cigar boxes using the wonderful sunset colors, specially when is getting darker, which I love the most, and lots of stuffs I found in my hubby's tool box to embelish the project. I didn't make a tutorial of this, but I really hope it will inspires you to try something similar! Hola mis queridos y creativos amigos, éste es mi primer proyecto como parte del equipo de diseño del blog More than words, estoy tan emocionada y contenta de compartir con ustedes éstas cajas de puros (habanos) alteradas, usando los bellos colores del atardecer, especialmente cuando empieza a oscurecer los cuales me encantan, y muchas cosas que encontré en una vieja caja de herramientas de mi esposo y las usé para decorar el proyecto. No hice tutorial de éste trabajo pero espero que les inspirará a hacer algo similar!
